Yarborough Leisure Centre opening tomorrow

A phased reopening of Yarborough Leisure Centre starts tomorrow (Thursday).

The ground floor internal areas will be open tomorrow with the gym and studios ready for use next Thursday, August 14.

Yarborough and Birchwood Leisure Centres are now being run by charitable social enterprise GLL through its Better brand, which was chosen by City of Lincoln Council as two-year interim operators. It also manages One NK in north Hykeham and Lincoln Central Library.

GLL has worked with the council to modernise facilities with a pre-opening message to previous members stating: “ Our aim is to bring back leisure into Lincoln with refreshed and refurbished facilities – bringing in new, best in class training equipment for the whole community to enjoy.”

There will be a range of membership options with previous members getting £15 off their first payments with a Pay As You Go offer.
