Pop to People Planet Pint meeting

Sustainability is the focus of the People Planet Pint meeting being held tonight at Charlotte House.

The theme is Community Action and anyone with an interest in the environment and recycling is invited to attend the event at the Union Road venue in Lincoln between 6-8pm.

“We attract a diverse bunch, from sustainability professionals, council workers, students, people looking to shift careers, business owners and beyond. There’s no agenda and everyone's welcome, so even if you just want a free drink and to ask a question, come along,” said a spokesperson.

The hosts will be Reuseabox, which diverts cardboard away from the recycling process to be distributed to other companies.

“Your local meet–up is a great place to start your journey or continue learning and meet diverse people to chat about life and how we can sustain it. Every job is a climate job, so come along and learn about how you can take action as well as what is going on locally.”
