Man found with stab wound in Dunholme

Police are appealing for witnesses to come forward after a man was discovered with a suspected stab wound in Dunholme.

Police received a report of a person with serious injuries at a property on Dixon Place in the village near Lincoln just before 8pm on Wednesday, April 1. An ambulance attended and the man was taken to hospital where he remains in a critical condition.

A 40‑year‑old woman has been arrested in connection with the incident and is currently in police custody.

“We are urging anyone who may have seen or heard anything in the Dixon Place area between 7pm and 8.30pm on Wednesday to come forward. Even small details could assist our investigation,” said a spokesperson.

Residents may see an increased police presence locally while enquiries continue.
