Firearms arrest in Lincoln

A 22-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of firearms offences after police officers executed a pre-planned warrant at an address in Lincoln.

Armed police were deployed to an address on Usher Avenue, off Skellingthorpe Road, yesterday morning (Tuesday, May 5). Officers will remain at the scene for some time while investigations at the property take place.

The man remains in custody.
