Dirty dozen - city man charged with 12 offences

A Lincoln man is due to appear in court accused of a dozen offences relating to incidents occurring in November and December.

Elijah Thorn, 26, of Retief Close, has been charged with:

• Possession of a quantity of crack cocaine with intent to supply
• Possession of a quantity of heroin with intent to supply
• Possession of a quantity of cannabis
• Possession of criminal property cash
• Having a bladed article in a public place - knife
• Having a bladed article in a public place - axe
• Having an offensive weapon in a public place - hammer
• Driving otherwise than with a license
• No insurance
• Possession of a quantity of crack cocaine with intent to supply
• Possession of quantity of cannabis
• Possession of criminal property cash
