Lincoln’s lost pubs

John Bennett of Light and Dreams Photography put together a compilation of his time shift videos of Lincoln’s lost pubs, which always prove popular. 

How many do you remember from the compilation, which was created in 2021.

“Some, like The Parklands and Duke of Wellington had only closed recently,” said John.

“Others, like The Roebuck and Waggon and Horses, closed in the 80s or 90s, so many of us still remember them. But there are others here that closed in the first half of the 20th century, or even earlier, so The Flying Horse, Kings Arms, The Elephant, The Dolphin, and The Abbey in the West have been lost to the mists of time.”
