Lifeline for Cliff villages dispensary

Health chiefs are to review the decision to close the dispensary at the Cliff Villages Medical Practice. 

The facility was to have closed permanently from yesterday (Monday, March 2) because the practice is under new management, but Lincolnshire Integrated Care Board (ICB) has now said it will review this decision.

The dispensary will remain open while the review takes place and the ICB will provide regular updates to patients, who should continue to order their medication in the usual way. 

Previous advice had been for patients to find a pharmacy for their medication needs, but the ICB now says continuing to use the dispensary will help support the practice while the review is undertaken.
