Tinned Peaches promise juicy performance at Lincoln Live
This is the final part of JO RICHARDS’ countdown to two days of music at Lincoln Live looking the performers who will be playing at the double venue-event over Saturday-Sunday, August 30-31.
Introducing…Tinned Peaches, from Lincoln, who will be on stage at St Paul’s in the Bail on Saturday, August. 30.
This will be a pared-back acoustic performance from the husband-and-wife partnership, Phoebe and Oli. The audience can expect original, personal songs blended with pristine vocal harmonies.
The lyrics feature optimistic tales of self-reflection, such as those in their beautiful composition, You’re Not Alone Now. A debut EP, Growing Pains, released in April this year, can be heard on Spotify. They describe it as ‘a culmination of years of work, with soul poured into every second’.
Tinned Peaches are experienced musicians, who have played with their full band in such legendary venues as the Hope and Anchor in Islington.
They are also regulars on the local live music scene, appearing this year on the stage at Lincoln’s Engine Shed, Southside and Komodo. The crowd uphill on Saturday can be sure of a professional performance.
