OPAL exhibition to feature over 50 local artists
The Autumn Open Art Exhibition at Harding House Gallery will feature work by 51 Lincolnshire Artists.
The display at the Steep Hill venue is the third this year staged by OPen Art Lincs (OPAL) and will run from September 23 – October 5. The works are pictured in the thumbnails above.
OPAL was founded by Kevin Byron and runs Virtual-to-Real (V-to-R) Open Exhibitions in which county artists are invited to submit work to a virtual gallery (in the current form of an interactive lightbox).
These works are later be exhibited in one of a continuous sequence of real exhibitions taking place in galleries in and around Lincoln. The art may be bought online before and after the real exhibitions and replaced with another piece by the artist.
Previous real exhibitions this year have been held at Indigo Crow on Burton Road, Lincoln and the Rickyard Gallery at Wickenby.
